Another health scare for Bo Diddley. The 78-year-old rock ‘n’ roll pioneer was listed in stable condition at a Florida hospital Tuesday after suffering a heart attack, according to his publicist, Susan Clary. Well there’s not much we can hope for at his age, age does catch how much ever anti aging pills that many scientist claim to have pioneered. “He is conscious,” Clary said. “The situation is very serious.” Well the good words I could use here are that ‘may he live a few more years’ so that he could play with his grand grand children see them grow and may they can listen to his music and go have a stroll in the park with the old man.

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards poked fun at England’s smoking ban on Sunday by eating a cigarette on stage. Boy, he just can’t kill himself quickly enough, can he? It’s bad enough that he inhales enough every day - but that can seriously damage his digestive system. I guess he wants a colostomy bag to go with his iron lung?? These guys think that it’s super human to break rules and they think that doing it on stage infront of the fans would sustain their cult figure status and make them more iconic. Wait until the day you check into a hospital Keith, on the first of illness there would be a thousand fans outside wishing you a speedy recovery and by the 5th day ten odd people. You will have to fight the smoking hazards in your room yourself at the mercy of the medics. These won’t care a damn for you later on and they still don’t, why don’t get a life that’s pollution free/ smoke free.

It is saying that they have no couth. I am sad to see this.

A wealth of material that U.S. fans most likely haven’t heard will comprise the Killers’ next release before the end of the year, according to the frontman of the Las Vegas band.

“In England we have a lot of B-sides that people in America would never know about because we don’t have singles here,” Brandon Flowers told.

“So we have about 15 of these songs that people have never heard, and we wanted to stick them on something for people to get to have them all together.”

The tentative song list includes “All the Pretty Faces” (”When You Were Young” B-side), movie soundtrack tunes “Shadowplay” (a Joy Division cover from Anton Corbijn’s upcoming Ian Curtis biopic “Control”) and “Move Away” (”Spider-Man 3″), as well as a cover of Mel Tillis’ “Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love to Town.”

Flowers did not rule out putting a new track or two on the album, which he hoped to have out by in time for Christmas.

“We’re also going to do another Christmas single for the Red Campaign as well,” Flowers said. “That’s exciting. We’ve written ‘Don’t Shoot Me Santa,’ which will hopefully be available on December 1. Last year we were able to rise over $100,000 from the one song (’A Great Big Sled’), and hopefully we’ll be able to do it again.”

Still on the road supporting its second album “Sam’s Town,” the Killers are touring the States again because “We feel like we didn’t do enough touring in America on this album,” Flowers said. The outfit, which begins its next leg September 4 at Red Rocks outside Denver, plans to hit Australia and South America before it ends its touring cycle in November.

But already there are new ideas floating around at sound checks and in computers for the group’s next studio effort, which is tentatively scheduled for a fall 2008 release.

Robyn can be called a one hit wonder with her song ‘Show Me Love’ but the girl is back and she’s back with a vengeance. Her album has been out in certain parts of Europe for a while but is getting re-packed and re-released for a UK release later this year.

She currently has a song and a video out called ‘With Every Heartbeat’. This song just went to #1 in Great Britain this week.

Let’s all show some love for Robyn because this album was done on her own – from financing it, releasing it under her own label and, of course, singing it. Great job!

No the new admirer is not Hollywood junkie or a crazy rapper but this time its from the world of sport and its none other than new F1 sensation rookie driver Lewis Hamilton who is believe it or not leading the F1 Drivers Championship. A trustee accused of misappropriating $350,000 of James Brown’s money resigned and handed over a check for that amount during a court hearing, a newspaper reported.

David Cannon also resigned Friday as co-executor of the late soul singer’s will during a four-hour hearing before Circuit Judge Jack Early, The Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle reported Saturday.

Cannon has an unlisted telephone number and another trustee, Buddy Dallas, did not immediately return a message seeking comment.

A follow-up hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 24 as various people wrangle over the late soul singer’s estate.

It’s not clear how much money is left in the estate, said Louis Levenson, an Atlanta attorney representing several of the singer’s children. Before he died Christmas Day at age 73, Brown had been on an allowance of $100,000 a month.

Levenson said his firm is trying to find out where the singer’s money went.

Brown’s former pastor has filed a motion to intervene on behalf of needy children who are supposed to benefit from the James Brown “I Feel Good” Trust. That is one of two trusts Brown had set up: One to pay for poor children in South Carolina and Georgia to attend school; the other would pay for Brown’s grandchildren to go to school.

The Rev. Larry Fryer said he’s worried the money meant for poor children is being squandered by the court battles. “If we’re paying all of the money to all of the legal sources,” Fryer said, “what’s left for the children?”

One of Brown’s grandchildren, Forlando Brown, accused his aunts and uncles of trying to break the trusts to get their father’s money.

“People are greedy,” the West Georgia University student told The Augusta Chronicle.

Forlando Brown said he, his brother and his father, Terry Brown, have been ostracized by the rest of the family for siding with the trustees.

50 Cent believes his new album will outsell Kanye West’s upcoming disc, and he’s betting his solo career on it. Both 50 Cent and West have albums due out Sept. 11. 50 Cent, who has sold better than West, has been riled by forecasts that sales of West’s “Graduation” could rival those for his “Curtis” CD.

“Let’s raise the stakes,” the 31-year-old rapper told hip-hop Web site SOHH.com in an interview posted Friday. “If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I’ll no longer write music. I’ll write music and work with my other artists, but I won’t put out anymore solo albums.”

An e-mail sent to West’s publicist wasn’t immediately returned Friday.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson, has been publicly disparaging of West before. In 2005, he suggested the 29-year-old rapper’s popularity was only possible because of 50’s own success.

But they recently collaborated in the studio. Their work, though, isn’t scheduled to appear on either new album.

50 Cent’s last full-length solo album, “The Massacre,” was the best-selling disc of 2005 and sold more than 1.14 million copies in its first week of release. The same year, West’s “Late Registration” opened by selling more than 860,000 copies in its first week.

As for the people of Tasmania they can always travel to the shows can watch him in action, the girls and the boys could dress up well to show that both the genders love him equally.

After the pregnancy scare, the rumors of cheating, family disapproval and all the drama of having to cancel their wedding last weekend, Usher and Tameka Foster are now officially husband and wife.

Usher and his former stylist Tameka, a mother of three who also happens to be 10 years his senior, got married in a quiet ceremony in Atlanta last Friday as reported by the Chicago Sun Times. It seems that they went from one extreme to the other. Instead of the lavish ceremony, the couple settled for getting married at the office of Usher’s lawyer. Lawyer means pre-nup. Smart move.

Over a dozen people claiming to be the child of legendary singer James Brown have undergone DNA testing. The results prove that at least two of them really are his children. Many tests came back negative while others are still pending. The names were not being officially released but a 45 years old woman in Houston showed her report to the Augusta Chronicle proving that she was Brown’s daughter. She would be his oldest child to date. LaRhonda Pettit’s mother had met Brown at a show and had become his girlfriend for a while before leaving when she discovered she was pregnant. Pettit said she had once been bitter towards the soul singer but now loves her daddy. Is it just me or is it incredibly disturbing to hear a 45 year old woman call a man she never really knew daddy? His will is currently being disputed in court. I doubt that his long lost kids will stop crawling out of the wood work. They seem to be rolling in by the dozens and adding up fast.

Engagement rumours have been flying since it was reported that Justin Timberlake was seen ring shopping. Apparently he’s getting really serious with his girlfriend, actress Jessica Biel. She laid all engagement rumours to rest though. She reportedly said that she feels the ratio is bad because you spend “20 or 30 years single” and “you’re married for like, 70”. That sounds like a girl who definitely should not be getting married because she clearly has missed the entire point of marriage. Anyone who thinks being with the same person for so long is wrong is living in just the right place. We all know marriages in Hollywood rarely exceed a year and if they do, certainly never three. Justin’s promise ring is a symbol of his commitment to her. A source says that he considers her his dream girl. They have only been dating since May. This strikes me as one of those couples that will rush everything and fizzle out completely by New Years.

Alli Sims is nothing like Britney Spears… or so she says.

In an interview with People, Alli distances her sound from the pop sound that Britney has been known for and claims that her sound is more like Norah Jones’. She says that “I don’t dance, I’m not pop. I have a more bluesy voice, more Norah Jones-ish. I don’t want to appeal to just my age group and younger.”

She also commented on what Britney thinks of her singing and said that Britney was very supportive and was even surprised at her so-called talent.

Yeah. Coz Britney is such a good judge on that.

Since Shakira’s done with her tour, she has been all over the place. She can be seen just hanging out, shopping or out partying with the likes of Penelope Cruz. But this time around, she’s doing something that’s a little more productive by lending her face to endorse Panasonic.

She looks hot in the shots that were taken as a part of a series of commercials for the electronics brand. Is it me or did she get thinner? Not unhealthy thin but more like lean and mean thin. Like I said, she looks hot!

Let’s just hope she doesn’t turn out like her friend Penelope and flaunt it too much.

Now if the lawyers says that the paternity test cannot be said to be true then what right he has to say that Eddie is the father, the test must be 100% proof giving. Either he is the father or not, nothing else. Why did the test be taken at a place where it could not get legal recognition? Why can’t Eddie be true to the world and tell us whether or not he is the father of the baby after test were positive. Doesn’t he feel any emotions towards that little girl whose birth is not at all accidental as claimed by Brown? There are so many questions that his fans would be wanting to ask of him right now and if he keeps mum on the issue like this for long then, his image could really take a beating and I for the record would like to see him in roles where is playing a vampire or a villain coz that the sort of crime he has committed.

The Kiss front man Paul Stanley, 55, posted a message on his website Saturday about a serious health scare that he suffered the day before.

Paul wote ‘During sound check yesterday, my heart spontaneously jumped to 190 plus beats per minute where it stayed for over an hour necessitating paramedics to start an IV and give me a shot to momentarily stop my heart and get it into a normal pattern. Not knowing if this episode was life threatening made it even more exhausting. After consulting with both the paramedics and a cardiologist at Cedar Sinai, they confirmed my worst fear. They said that I would put myself at risk if I tried to do the show. I’m very proud of Gene, Tommy and Eric for carrying on without me. I apologize to anyone I disappointed and I’ll make it up to you when I see you again.’

Let’s hope that’s the end of that scare.
