Carrie Underwood: ‘I’m Not Stupid’
Toby Keith, Garth Brooks, and now Carrie Underwood are all from Oklahoma and are very successful – if anyone says their “stupid” – then they need to look in the mirror! They are not stupid! Don’t worry Carrie! You’re not! What is it about calling singers stupid, well they can sing and she is a winner at the American Idol contest so she has to have some really good singing skills and a whole lot of talent to win a big contest like that – so does that make her stupid, I think not at all. If you have a record deal or millions in your bank account that doesn’t mean you are stupid. People need to understand that just because someone is repetitive and yet successful it does not mean she/he is stupid, it means that we are putting up with their shit and there are happy to oblige. We are the ones who are stupid buying the same kind of music with new beats, they are just doing the marketing right to fool us all.
