No Charge on Kid Rock
After the highly publicized beat down that happened between Kid Rock and Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards this past September and then hearing about Kid’s scuffle at a Waffle House, I’m quite surprised that he has avoided being charged in his fight with Tommy.
The Clark County DA is reported to not wanting to “pursue a battery charge†as said by EXTRA. It seems that it was Tommy that has requested that there be no prosecution regarding the incident since no injuries were sustained. Kid however, still faces that misdemeanor battery charge from that Waffle House fight.
