Rise Against, who recently released Appeal To Reason, has also lent their unique punk rock sound to the Nightmare Revisited soundtrack. The Chicago bred quartet has put a nightmarish twist on Danny Elfman’s original “Making Christmas” and the video to go along side the track can be seen here.

The Nightmare Revisited soundtrack also featuring Marilyn Manson, The All-American Rejects, RJD2 and more is available in stores now.

Check out the latest episode of Clique Girlz TV where the girls make their big debut at the Tokyo Dome with their signature version of The Star Spangled Banner.  Watch them warm up on the way there and chat with Boston Red Sox player David Ortiz as well as the team’s chairman and manager.   Their powerful rendition of the anthem filled the stadium that later erupted in applause for their impressive performance.

Taylor Swift recently went to her official blog to talk about love songs. More importantly, she talked about sad love songs. Me thinks she was listening to them as therapy for having been dumped by Joe Jonas over the phone. Who wouldn’t be depressed after that? She said “I just got back from a 5 show run on the road. Now I’m sitting in my kitchen..on the counter. Eating cool whip. And trying to think of things to do with my free time. Other than talking to my cat and making playlists of sad songs.
