Shania Twain seen with ex-BFFs ex
In a strange twist of fate, singer Shania Twain was seen at New York’s JFK Airport last week with Frederic Thiebaud, her ex best friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud’s ex-husband. Nothing wrong there actually except that Marie-Anne was said to be the reason of the break-up of her marriage to Robert Lange. Twain and some of her friends were in Manhattan for a quick Christmas shopping.
Twain’s 60-year old producer husband however denied Marie-Anne’s involvement in their break-up but the couple’s friends have debunked his denial. Marie-Anne was not only Twain’s BFF but she also managed the couple’s Switzerland chateau. She has remained friends with Thiebaud despite suspicions of his ex-wife’s involvement in Twain’s domestic problems last May. Twain has won the Grammy five times but has opted to live a quiet life in Switzerland with her husband and son Eja for 14 years.
The 43-year old singer is not moping around after her divorce though as she has received a standing ovation weeks ago for her Country Music Association Awards surprise appearance. Twain, who was wearing a Missoni low-cut gown, presented the entertainer of the year award to Kenny Chesney during the CMA Awards but it seems Chesney was more mesmerized by Twain than by his award. This was the first time she was seen in public after she got separated from her husband.
