In December, Avril was spotted hanging out with Brandon Davis and then seen with her hubby. It’s exactly the type of move you do when you need to reassure people that you’re marriage is not on the rocks. Until you get seen with someone else, of course. According to Star magazine, the Canadian singer has been partying all around LA hot spots where she was caught making out with pineapple billionaire Justin Murdock. Someone needs to file for divorce before things get messy.
