Is Jennifer Lopez trying to resuscitate her dying career? There are rumors going around the Jennifer Lopez is pulling a Katie Holmes and heading to Broadway. The singer and actress has apparently been meeting with Broadway producers recently. Sources reveal that Jennifer Lopez is interested in starring in the musical ‘In the Heights’. Insiders even said that they saw her at the show twice last week and that she even had dinner with producer Meryl Poster to discuss roles. There is even some speculation that JLo might actually be interested in doing a movie adaptation of the show. That’s one more thing that she can turn into a disaster.

Last week, former pop star and wannabe country star Jessica Simpson performed live at a chili cook off in Florida. And from the looks of things, she got a taste of all the chili that was served. She’s looking a little heftier than I’m used to seeing her. Maybe it’s just those pants that are making her look big – or maybe not. Jess performed her song ‘These Boots were Made for Walking’ from the movie ‘The Dukes of Hazard’. If you remember what she looked like in the video for that song and look at how she looks like now, you can definitely tell the difference.
