Keith Urban impresses Nicole Kidman
The musician and his partner Rick Nowels recently wrote a song called “Thank You” that included the lyrics: “I thank God for grace and mercy, and that you became my wife” which apparently impressed his wife Nicole Kidman very much. Keith Urban said the following about his new song: “Rick’s music pulled this story out of me, which became quite a confessional – much more intimate than I might have written had I intended to write about her. It was very instinctual and very much from the heart. We did a quick recording of it, and I took it home and played it for her that night. I think she was very touched.” Quite amazing that Keith Urban managed to actually impress Nicole Kidman with his true feelings. It’s not like artists usually express their feelings in their work… because, let’s face it, it’s not like somebody’s feelings sell to well, do they.
