You Thought So!

It’s been quite an amazing streak for the American Idol contestant… too bad this streak is all bad. For the third week in a row, Anoop Desai ends up in the bottom three, and again he escapes the final blow. Anoop Desai said the following about his predicament last evening: “I thought I did a good job last night,” he says. “I was encouraged by the judges … I honestly didn’t expect to be sitting here.” Unlike last time, though, Anoop Desai got off the hook easy this time thanks to Judge Randy Jackson, but it does look like he’s a big fish swimming in very shallow waters. It won’t be longed before he gets hooked again or ends up on dry land.

Check out this week’s episode of Clique Girlz TV at dance rehearsal. The girls spend some time with top-notch choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson (MTV’s Making The Band) working on some new moves in the studio. Destinee says that rehearsal has “been going amazing” after about two months.

Natalie Mejia has denied that she is dating Chris Brown – claiming the pair are just friends.

The Girlicious singer, who was spotted with Brown at a tattoo parlour in West Hollywood over the weekend distanced herself from reports that her and Brown are an item, while out in Venice Beach on Monday.

When asked by photographers if anything was going on between her and the ‘Superhuman’ star, Mejia replied: “Nothing. We are just friends.”

After being pushed furthermore about the rumours, Mejia said: “No comment,” before wishing the paparazzi well and heading off in her convertible Audi.

Mejia, 20, was spotted hanging out with Brown, 19, at Chateau Marmont and then at a tattoo parlour on Sunset Boulevard on Saturday.

Mejia is a member of the Girlicious Band, a four piece act that was born out of a reality show ‘The Pussycat Dolls:Girlicious’ in 2008.

Natalie is of Mexican heritage and was homeschooled, getting enough credit to get her diploma early.

She studied dancing at the Millennium Dance Complex, famous for schooling Britney Spears.

Mejia is well-known among the band’s fanbase for wearing T-Shirts with messages on during performances, including ‘Latinas Do It Better’ and ‘Beauty Is A Talent.’

Earlier today reports suggested that Brown is back together with his ex-girlfriend, Erica Jackson.

According to New York’s Daily News, the University of Mary Washington student recently has started dating Brown again. "[Chris and Erica] met in Virginia, where he’s from," an unidentified source close to the singer reportedly told the paper. "They dated back in the day and reconnected a few weeks ago when Chris was in town. They’ve been spending a lot of time together, but things only really heated up over the last two weeks.”
