I agree with the comment above. I too hope Kara is leaving the show. They tried too hard to find someone like Paula. I am glad that the next season that they hired Ellen. You have to get away from the whole Paula image. It’s a shame Paula left, but the show must go on. I do disagree on one comment. I don’t think that Kara looked that great in a bikini she wanted the world to see. I think she is very stuck up, just like the girl she was imitating. Anyway, let’s not forget what this show is about. It is to find one of the best singers that we hopefully all agree on.

She was not a terrible judge and sometimes gave decent reviews. However, even though she looks nice in a bikini I thought that entire scenario felt a little desperate. It was even more demeaning to her than the young girl in the bikini. I mean was that a smart, intelligent thing for the judge to do. It just made me uncomfortable because I see the judges more as mentors. She looked great, but her vocals were God awful. It is a shame that she felt she had to get noticed like that. I don’t believe it helped the ratings. What is Kara going to do for an encore.

I hope all the rumors about Kara leaving American Idol are true. I think she has no business judging any of these kids and her comments only mimmick Randy’s comments or totally contradict the rest of the judges. She needs to stick to the shadows of the business and quit being such a contradicting and unobservant, biased, uneducated, non-charismatic woman.
