It has recently been announced that Kelly Clarkson will be performing at this year’s MuchMusic Video Awards. The 27-year old first ever American Idol champion will be performing a song off of her latest album ‘All I Ever Wanted’, at the June 21 ceremony in Toronto. Lady Gaga is also one other performer that has been announced for that night. The awards show will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers. The trio of siblings will also take to the stage to perform some time through the course of the night. I wonder who else is going to be there to perform.
Country singer Julianne Hough could be set to appear alongside Chace Crawford in the remake of Footloose, it has been claimed.
Julianne, 20, is also a professional ballroom dancer and has twice won the ABC show Dancing with the Stars.
A remake of the hit film Footloose is being directed by Kenny Ortega and talking about Julianne, he said: “I love her”.
He added: “I adore her. I’m a big fan of hers. Not only how beautiful, but how deep her talent goes.”
Asked if she could be starring alongside Chace in the remake of the film he said: “Maybe.”
Julianne was recently asked about appearing in Footloose and she was also remaining quiet, she said to OHIO’s WTAP News: “I don’t want to say anything until it’s a 100 per cent thing.”

Beth Ditto has said she wants to create a “gospel supergroup” with Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle.
The Gossip frontwoman has admitted she wants to help the 48-year-old Scottish singer after her recent meltdown.
Beth said: “I’m reaching out to Susan. She should hook up with me and The Priests. We would be the world’s first gospel supergroup. I think it’s horrible people have been making fun of her.
“Susan just wants to love Jesus and sing – it’s cute. Only I can help her out of her meltdown.”
