After losing Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle suffered an emotional breakdown and checked herself into The Priory rehab clinic in London last week. A lot of people are now talking about the whole ordeal and some are even suggesting that an investigation should take place to look into the treatment of the YouTube sensation during the show. Culture Secretary Andy Burnham says “I think there should be a process of discussion with the broadcaster concerned. Let’s get the facts. I don’t know enough about whether the duty of care was exercised in this case. We are living in a world where it is not just about what happens on telly on a Saturday night. There is 360 degree scrutiny, 365 days a year. We need to look after people, not just around the camera. LeAnn Rimes is firing back at Eddie Cibrian’s wife Brandi Glanville, who reamed the singer in the latest US Weekly, calling LeAnn a stalker. Brandi also said that LeAnn would not stop harassing her husband, constantly calling and texting to the point where Eddie had to change his cell phone number. The country singer and aspiring actress was documented to have had an affair with co-star Eddie. LeAnn’s rep told Extra that “These comments are incredibly defamatory, and while there are always two sides to every story, LeAnn continues to remain above the fray and chooses not to play this out in the press.”
