Michael Jackson’s trainer

Posted in Michael Jackson by Amanda @ Jun 15, 2009

The famous pop singer apparently has a personal trainer who will help him build up his forces for his upcoming shows… and Michael Jackson’s trainer is none other than Lou Ferringo, the “Incredible Hulk” actor. A source said the following about Michael Jackson’s training: “Lou has been visiting Michael to build him up so he can perform his dance routines. But Michael refuses to lift weights. He doesn’t want to bulk up.” Yeah, Michael Jackson probably wants to maintain that “pretty boy” image of his and not be too macho… hopefully, he won’t fall apart in doing so. Maybe this is why he’s refusing weight lifting: the conservation of bodily integrity.

Billy Ray Cyrus: I took daughter Miley to get her nose pierced

SPL95348_006

Billy Ray Cyrus has admitted he took his daughter Miley to get her nose pierced.

The country singer says he felt nervous for the Hannah Montana star but agreed to support her decision.

Billy Ray told chat show host Larry King: “She said, ‘daddy would you take me to get my nose pierced?’ I said, ‘did you ask your mamma?’ and she said, ‘mamma said I can do it if you would take me’.

“We went to a little place in studio city. I felt kind of nervous.”

As a devoted father, Billy Ray also admitted it’s hard to see his 16-year-old daughter getting into the dating game.

“You probably heard the song I wrote, Ready, Set, Don’t Go,” Billy Ray told King. “It’s about that moment in a daddy’s life that you realise your little girl has grown up. It’s time for her to make her own decisions.”
