Twins who are the spitting image of X Factor 2006 winner Leona Lewis have auditioned for the popular talent show.
Pretty girls Kim and Lauren Goddard, 22, reportedly shocked judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh at the auditions with their resemblance to Leona, 24.
It is claimed that the pair perform under the name Siren and have made the final 50 in the show.
A source said: “The twins are amazing. If Simon was blown away by Leona, he’s doubly blown away by these two. He even got them to sing Bleeding Love at their first audition. It was amazing.
“They’re just brilliant and they’ve got so much potential. They’re beautiful girls, impeccable singers and really lovely people.”
But friends of the girls claim they are concerned their resemblance to the singer could affect their chances in the contest.
An insider said: “They’re worried it could hold them back. At the moment the girls are being really positive, but they don’t know what the reaction will be.
“Simon has already warned them about being too like Leona because he thinks they need to be themselves.”
