According to The Daily Star, Mariah will sing ‘I’ll Be There’, Shaheen will sing ‘Ben’, Madonna will sing either ‘Beat It’ or ‘Billie Jean’, and Robbie is lined up to sing ‘Man in the Mirror’. The album can prove to either be a success or just one big mess.

Chris Martin has given Natalie Imbruglia the best Coldplay song of all time.

The song, titled Want, is said to be a sure-fire chart climber and will be included on Imbruglia’s upcoming album, Come to Life.

In March, Martin said: “A bit annoyingly we’ve given Natalie the best Coldplay song of all time. Half of me wishes we still had it. But she sounds brilliant on it.”

The song is said to sound a lot like Kate Bush’s unforgettable 1985 hit Running Up That Hill, with even sharper lyrics. Martin provides backing vocals.

Imbruglia is said to have pinned her hopes – if not her life – on the album, which is her first in four years.

Friends in Australia have expressed concern that she has gone too far in trying to attract attention ahead of its release. She has recently turned up in the tabloids for antics with UK celebs that border on stunts.
