TV talent judge Simon Cowell has admitted he misses having Paula Abdul alongside him on the American Idol panel.
The acid-tongued Brit says the show is “different” without Paula’s often cryptic and bizarre comments.
He told US TV show Extra: “I miss her, of course.”
Cowell told how he doesn’t want to “get in the middle” of the money row between Paula and American Idol bosses.
He said the chemistry between the judges – himself, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi – is “different” since Paula’s departure.
But he didn’t want to elaborate for Extra reporter Terri Seymour, his ex-girlfriend.
He said: “It’s like comparing a carrot to a banana. They are different.”
I can’t tell what’s wrong with Aubrey O’Day. She’s either really stupid, crazy or just says crap to get herself some attention. On Sean Hannity’s Fox Show earlier this week, US Representative Diane Watson praised communist dictator Fidel Castro when talking about health care and called him a brilliant leader. The former Danity Kane singer then agreed and even defended Castro. Aubrey said “I’m not defending his behavior in many instances, but I do have to say that I will 100 percent agree he’s an incredibly brilliant man.” Aubrey was also asked if she thought that Adolf Hitler was a brilliant man and she also said yes. What the heck?

Friends close to DJ AM have told officials that on the day before his death, the DJ had announced that he was planning on going to rehab as he has recognized the fact that he has relapsed into his addiction and was heavily using drugs. Insiders told investigators that on the day before his death, AM’s West Coast manager and recovery sponsor flew to New York City to see him to discuss his erratic behavior in the past couple of week. When they arrived at his apartment, AM only let his sponsor in and then “lit up a crack pipe and popped pills” in front of his sponsor. From there, he promised his manager and sponsor that after his supposed gig in Las Vegas last Friday, he would check himself into rehab. An official cause of death has yet to be determined but what an ironic twist of fate it would be if the cause were drugs and he was just a bit too late in getting some help.
