Singer Madonna has revealed that she had to endure months of preparation for her recent tour.
Madonna’s recent 13-month long Sticky and Sweet tour supposedly involved a lot of preparation by the 51-year-old.
The ex of film director Guy Ritchie told Popeater.com: “First, I start to train for several months, just to get my cardiovascular endurance up so that I can sing and dance at the same time. Then putting the show together and figuring out the choreography and experimenting. Then I spend hours and hours with my band and my dancers and my choreographer and my director.
“It just becomes an endurance test. So by the time the show is put together, I’m physically ready, just from doing it over and over for months.”
Despite loving touring, Madge is happy the tour is over because she would get “bored” otherwise.

Country singer Taylor Swift continues to break records. Her latest hit single ‘You Belong with Me’ just reached the top spot on the Billboard Radio Songs. It’s the first country song to hit the top spot of that chart in its 19-year history. Her album ‘Fearless’ is also #1 on the country chart and #8 in the Hot 200. The talented blonde is also re-releasing her album with 6 new songs at the end of this month. I can’t wait! Congratulations to Taylor on all of her accomplishments. I strongly believe that she deserves everything. And I’m willing to bet that there are more great things to come for her.
Britney Spears’ 50/50 custody will continue throughout the rest of the year. An LA County Superior court extended the order, stating that Sean Preston and Jayden James can travel with their pop singer mom while she is on tour but that she must provide Kevin Federline a place to stay if he wants to come along. It’s not like he can’t afford it though. The bum already gets paid $20,000 a month in child support and up to $25,000 when the children are outside of California. Hopefully, the custody order will become permanent and she can stop paying big fat checks to Kevin.
Christina Aguilera recently got honored at Variety’s 1st Annual Power of Women Luncheon at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel last Thursday in Beverly Hills, California. The 28-year old singer was recognized for her efforts to fight hunger as a global spokesperson for the annual World Hunger Relief campaign. Christina said “As a mom, I can’t accept that even one child could go hungry or that a child dies every six seconds from hunger. That’s why I’m so passionate about this cause. World Hunger Relief makes a huge difference by providing relief for millions of hungry people, especially schoolchildren in developing countries. I hope by lending my voice to this cause I can raise awareness and move millions of people and children from hunger to hope.”
