Black Eyed Peas front woman Fergie was recently in Los Angeles to shoot the ad campaign for her debut yet-to be named fragrance. The singer talked about her new venture saying “I’m so excited to partner with Avon to develop my first-ever fragrance. I’m always seeking out new ways to express myself, and fragrance is the perfect opportunity to share my originality and confidence with my fans, and the Avon consumer. I couldn’t be happier to be working with a brand with such a strong reputation for supporting women… [The fragrance] is fresh and alluring. The vibe for the scent is for the woman who wears it to feel confident and not be afraid to be noticed.”

Sugababes Singer Checks in Clinic

A member of the British pop band Sugababes, Amelle Berrabah, was admitted to a private health clinic last week due to suffering “from a severe bout of nervous exhaustion”. I never heard of that excuse before! The other two girls, Heidi Range and Jade Ewen left a message on the group’s website saying “It seems that with all the recent events in the band right up to Jade joining us a few weeks ago, the stress over a period of months has unfortunately taken its toll on Amelle and she is now suffering from a severe bout of nervous exhaustion.” Amelle’s break means the cancellation of the band’s first live performance together since the exit of Keisha Buchanan.
