You Thought So!

Katherine Jackson says it is too soon for her to watch her late son Michael in a documentary movie. This Is It is due to hit theatres on October 28.

“That’s been a question they’ve been asking me. I don’t think I can bear to look at it right now. But eventually in time I will watch it.”

Katherine appeared smartly dressed with daughter La Toya after a Dancing With the Stars tribute to Michael. The pair had watched behind-the-scenes rehearsals footage of the late Michael teaching 20-something dancers the moves for Bad.

Katherine was relaxed when she said she enjoyed watching the young dancers, some of whom had no flair. She gushed about the DWTS tribute, saying simply: “I loved it and I thought they did a really beautiful, wonderful job.”

La Toya said that so far all she could bear to look at were clips from This Is It. “I have no plans to see it. It’s a bit too soon for me. It really is.”

Michael died suddenly on June 25 at the age of 50.

Seeing as how they are getting really on in years, the Spice Girls have decided that it’s time for something new and different, which is basically the same, but can fool a simple mind. The group have decided to have their own talent show called “Spice Idol” where they shall try to find young versions of themselves… pardon, young, aspiring artists. A source said the following about the Spice Girls’ new endeavor: “This is an idea which appeals to all of the original members. It’s a fantastic new way to broaden out the Spice franchise and cash in on their personalities, their story and their songs.” Simply put, they need fresh meat! But they could at least have the dignity and not include the word “idol” in the name! It’s so… not Christian of them.
