SPL63383_015Happy star Leona Lewis is to return to The X Factor for a performance three years after she won the show.

The 24-year-old singer won the 2006 version of the show and she will return to perform her new single Happy on the results show on November 8.

Leona’s appearance on the show will be her first TV performance since she was attacked by a man at a book signing in London.

She will be joined by US band The Black Eyed Peas, who will be performing on the same show later this month.

This will be the third time Leona has returned to the show: she sung her single Bleeding Love on the 2007 show and sung her rendition of Run on last year’s series.

Shakira is featured on the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine. The 32-year old Latina singer talked about femininity, motherhood and the pressures of being a woman during her interview. She said “You know, women have to make enormous efforts through life, much larger than men. We deal with so many pressures: the pressure of aesthetics, and how society wants us to deliver our performances as mothers, daughters and wives.” Shakira also said that she’s ready to start a family, saying “My body feels like it is asking to reproduce, to have a huge belly and carry babies.” The singer has been in a relationship with investment banker Antonio de la Rua for the past nine years so she’s not lacking a father for her would-be baby.

Taylor Swift is proving to be an unstoppable force as the new platinum edition of the country singer’s album ‘Fearless’ is doing quite well. Two days after its release, 5 of the 6 songs were found on the Top 10 of iTunes. The sixth song was at number 12 back then. Her newest single ‘Jump Then Fall’ has the top spot. Congratulations are definitely due out for her! Taylor has to have broken some sort of record with her stats. I’m pretty sure that she’s the youngest most successful country singer, nay, female solo performer, to have those numbers. Wow!
