You Thought So!

Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson says he doesn’t need to flash his six-pack to get attention.

“I don’t walk around with my shirt off all the time!” he joked, poking fun at co-star Taylor Lautner. “It’s like driving a fancy car – you’re insecure about something.”

Pattinson, who plays vampire hunk Edward, said of New Moon: “It’s my favourite book. I really connected to [it] really quickly. It think it’s an improvement [on Twilight]. It was nice not being the lead.”

Pattinson also revealed how one of the many rumours that fly around about him scared his mother back in England.

“I had a heroin overdose in New York, that was an exciting one for my mother,” he said of the false report. “I’d been working so much, I didn’t answer the phone. I’m so ignorant. I don’t think it had set in that anyone read [the tabloids].”

Or, as they call them in other parts of the lingo: friends with benefits. It seems that after splitting from Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake found that he really, really missed out on her… friendship. So the two decided to remain friends with the benefit of a bit of intimacy here and there: “Justin was very clear with Jessica that he didn’t want to be in a serious relationship with her anymore where he wasn’t able to date other people. Jessica took the news very hard, but once she calmed down and they started talking again, he convinced her to stay friends who hook up, without all the pressure of a relationship. Justin gets the best of both worlds. He doesn’t have to lose Jess as a lover or a friend, but he’s free to explore other relationships.” Justin Timberlake has the best set up it seems, but what about Jessica Biel, what does she get out of it? Not even the reputation…
