Lady Gaga’s music video for her hit single ‘Bad Romance’ recently premiered and it is hot! The princess of pop recently sat down for an interview to talk about it. The singer talked about the concept which is about capturing the tough female spirit as she finds herself a kidnapped victim of a group of jealous supermodels. She also talked about the fierce fashion on the video, specifically the razorblade sunglasses. Lady Gaga said “I wanted to design a pair for some of the toughest chicks and some of my girlfriends — don’t do this at home! — they used to keep razor blades in the side of their mouths. That tough female spirit is something that I want to project. It’s meant to be, ‘This is my shield, this is my weapon, this is my inner sense of fame, this is my monster.’”
Sony is making a desperate attempt to find projects for their alternative content division, the Hot Ticket. They will be releasing a Kenny Chesney concert in 3D. ‘Kenny Chesney: Summer in 3D’ will have a limited run which will start on April 2010. The country singer’s concert will include footages shot in Pittsburgh, Seattle, Foxboro, Massachusetts and Indianapolis using 22 3D cameras. According to the president of worldwide distribution for Sony Pictures Releasing, “Kenny Chesney is one of the most popular performers in the world, so we thought he was a great choice for a Hot Ticket presentation. (The film) is the perfect way to experience the intensity (of a Chesney concert) even closer than the front row.”
Good news for the Jonas Brothers as the heads at Disney Channel have decided to keep their show ‘Jonas’ around for another season. The network has ordered a full season to begin taping in February and air mid next year. Disney’s worldwide entertainment president Gary Marsh said “These guys are the superstars of their generation. We had the opportunity to extend our relationship with them, which we did.” That’s not all for the band though. Disney has also picked up for a second season of the band’s mini reality series ‘Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream’. Filming for that is already underway with a premiere set for early next year.
