Pink is pretty much the most hardcore person on the planet and she proved just that when she put on an amazing acrobatic performance at the Grammy Awards this past Sunday while singing completely live. I can’t believe that she had the guts to do it once, let alone every night on tour! However, the stunts were almost too much for the singer. Pink said “When I do it [on tour], I don’t have lights above me. Tonight, there were lights above me, so it almost went into a strobe thing, and I actually did get a little turned around. I thought … I was going to fall on my nude butt. But I worked it out. I would say that no one ever has another excuse to lip sync.”
Twilight star Xavier Samuel has told how he copes with fame by “wearing sunglasses” – and that he gets mistaken for Weeds star Hunter Parrish.
Xavier, 26, who will appear in the third Twilight movie, Eclipse, said he felt “really fortunate” to be chosen for the role of Riley.
Speaking to Australia’s NW magazine about coping with fame, he said: “Is there some kind of course you can take? It seems like wearing sunglasses works quite well.”
Talking about being compared to Hunter, he said: “I do get mistaken for Hunter.
“I’m surprised I don’t get compared to Jemaine from Flight of the Conchords.”
So far though, no famous woman has hit on him.
“I haven’t been hit on by another celebrity,” he said. “Well, not that I’m aware – maybe I’m oblivious to those things.”
