Taylor Swift Criticized for Feeding Possums

Taylor Swift, who is currently on tour in Australia, just wanted to give some adorable wild possums a little snack, but is now being criticized by wildlife authorities. The country singer finished up a concert, went on her Twitter and decided to go play in the park. She said “Tonight the band and I played a show, then hopped in the van and headed to the park for some midnight wild possum feeding.” The Australian Department of Sustainability and Environment wasn’t impressed by this and issued a statement saying “We know people who feed wild animals often have the best intentions and that it is attractive to tourists who want to interact with Australian wildlife. However, DSE advises people not to feed wild animals… it can disrupt their natural behavior and it can cause some animals to lose their natural fear of people, making them vulnerable to attack.”

John Mayer Breaks Down

John Mayer choked up on his own BS on stage in Nashville and once again apologized for his outrageously insensitive interview with Playboy magazine. As the singer said, in his “quest to be clever” he ended up coming off as a huge douche bag. We knew that even before that interview came to be. He told his fans that he intends to “quit the media game” and that he just wants to play his guitar. The thing with John is that we’ve heard all of that before and we know that it never sticks with him. I have no doubt that this will end the same way.
