The charges however are like nothing you’ve ever seen before. Well, it’s a sex tape offence, but the whole story is as follows: a woman by the name of Lastonia Leviston filmed herself having sex and then gave the tape to 50 Cent who, out of some sort of feud he has with an individual by the name of Rick Ross, edited himself into the tape and now Lastonia Leviston is suing him for emotional distress and unauthorized use of her image. If 50 Cent wanted to help her out with some money, why not write a check and spare themselves all of this trouble? After all, it’s not like the lawsuit is going to be over too quickly.

50 Cent is writing another screenplay entitled ‘Things Fall Apart’ making it his second writing credit after writing the script for 2009’s ‘Before I Self Destruct’. The rapper/actor’s new screenplay is about a college football player and in addiction to co-writing the script, 50 Cent is expected to take on a starring role. The movie will begin filming this May in Michigan once he wraps up his tour. I guess we can’t call him a one trick pony. You can’t deny that the guy’s versatile. He’s doing a pretty good job. Let’s just hope it doesn’t make his ego bigger.

After posing naked with rapper 50 Cent on the booklet for his latest album, rumors violently went around that R&B singer Ciara was dating the rap big wig. And to get the ball of rumors rolling, 50 Cent did something very special for Ciara’s birthday.

The songstress reportedly got a special delivery from her rumored rapper boyfriend while she was in Monaco for the World Music Awards. A private jet which was full of rose petals, teddy bears, candles and chocolates was the said present. He also promised to give the singer, who just turned 22, 22 parties around the world.

Whoa! Even Paris Hilton isn’t that over the top.

Totally stupid now days, people will rat you out to save themselves…totally stupid actions sometimes cost you time out of your life. it is open season now days on show business people and anybody who don’t have sense enough to know that everybody makes bank on putting folks behind bars, the lawyers, the court, the prisons and the public because they buy all the media mess that print stuff about it. The only losers are the families who go to prison when the person goes to jail. You get ten years, so does your family and friends who support you! Wake up and think about before you do some mess…nobody wins but the law, you do the time and the law wins. Buy a clue, the objective it is to break down as many young artists as possible. Almost like as soon as you get any success as an artist you are open season. everybody wants something from you and you can’t trust nobody around you so stop calling these people around you friends, they are nothing but hangers on who will rat you out as soon as they get in a bind…stop that madness. didn’t you learn nothing from watching all the others who have been associating with rats…all rats love cheese and they eat it with the po po…okay but a clue and find better friends and associates. OK

50 Cent, who is in a much-hyped battle of album sales with Kanye West, has canceled several performances in Europe. MTV News said the 31-year-old rapper canceled performances at the MOBO Awards and the Vodafone Live Music Awards, both in London on Wednesday, and a performance for MTV in Germany on Friday.

No details were posted on the rapper’s Web site, and Polydor Records, 50 Cent’s record label in Britain, wasn’t immediately available for comment Monday.

MTV said the rapper canceled the appearances due to changes in his schedule.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, had said he’ll retire as a solo artist if West’s new album, “Graduation,” outsells his latest CD, “Curtis,” in first-week sales.

West, 29, beat 50 Cent to the No. 1 spot on Britain’s album chart Sunday, with 50 Cent in the No. 2 spot, the Official UK Charts Company said on its Web site. No sales figures were posted. U.S. sales figures will be available this week.

50 Cent believes his new album will outsell Kanye West’s upcoming disc, and he’s betting his solo career on it. Both 50 Cent and West have albums due out Sept. 11. 50 Cent, who has sold better than West, has been riled by forecasts that sales of West’s “Graduation” could rival those for his “Curtis” CD.

“Let’s raise the stakes,” the 31-year-old rapper told hip-hop Web site SOHH.com in an interview posted Friday. “If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I’ll no longer write music. I’ll write music and work with my other artists, but I won’t put out anymore solo albums.”

An e-mail sent to West’s publicist wasn’t immediately returned Friday.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson, has been publicly disparaging of West before. In 2005, he suggested the 29-year-old rapper’s popularity was only possible because of 50’s own success.

But they recently collaborated in the studio. Their work, though, isn’t scheduled to appear on either new album.

50 Cent’s last full-length solo album, “The Massacre,” was the best-selling disc of 2005 and sold more than 1.14 million copies in its first week of release. The same year, West’s “Late Registration” opened by selling more than 860,000 copies in its first week.
