Final Battle Round on The Voice

The fourth and final round of the Battle Rounds of The Voice has come and gone. Adam Levine’s team saw Jeff Jenkins and Casey Desmond go head to head on “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me”, with Jeff moving on. I think he made a great choice. Blake Shelton’s team had Sara Oromchi up against Xenia on “I’ll Stand by You”, with Xenia moving on. That was just a disaster and the other judges agreed. Christina Aguilera’s team had Cherie Oakley and Lily Elise battle it out on “Since U Been Gone” with Lily winning. Both of them were great but with Cherie’s Reba connection, I thought she would have won. Lastly, Cee-Lo Green’s team saw Curtis Grimes against Emily Valentine on “Need You Know”, with Curtis moving on. It was a good round but I wasn’t feeling the fake romance. I thought Cee-Lo made a good choice though. With the teams finally set, it’s on for the live competitions next week. Are you ready?

Blake Shelton Joins The Voice

Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green have just been joined by Blake Shelton as another coach/judge for NBC’s “The Voice”. When asked about his involvement in the reality TV singing competition, the country singer said “I’m not sure ‘The Voice’ knows what they signed on for by bringing me on the show. I know this for sure; Christina, Cee Lo, Adam and I are going to have a blast and I am extremely excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent.” I wonder how they’re all going to work together. What I’m sure about though is that they are one very talented panel.

Christina Aguilera Joins The Voice

Christina Aguilera has been confirmed as a judge on NBC’s upcoming singing competition series “The Voice”. The 30-year old pp singer joins previously announced judges Cee-Lo Green and Adam Levine. Christina spoke of her involvement in a statement, saying “I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it. To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists’ careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms. I am so happy to be working with fellow Grammy Award winners Adam and Cee-Lo as I feel there is so much we can all bring to The Voice.”

Adam Levine Launches Fashion Line

Adam Levine is the latest celebrity to start his own fashion line. The 31-year old Maroon 5 lead singer launched his first collection 222 in Las Vegas last week. The collection is described to be “a minimalistic line of jeans, basic t-shirts and leather jackets.” There are also some silk dresses and wraps for women. Adam spoke to WWD about why he decided to launch a line, saying “I’m passionate about fashion. I think it says something about yourself and, whether you care about clothes or not, what you wear reflects some kind of attitude towards style.” He has partnered up with his father, Fred Levine, his longtime stylist, Aristotle Circa, and a cousin of his father’s, Sami Cooper, for this venture.

Maroon 5 prankster

Maroon 5 star Adam Levine loves playing pranks on tour.

The frontman admits he has a penchant for joking around with support bands, and revealed he once hired male strippers to embarrass The Donnas. He revealed: “We were on tour with The Donnas, and we were partying backstage and we hired male strippers. So these male cheeseball strippers came in and the Donnas were panicking. These guys kind of looked like cops, enough to fool them. Once everyone realised they were strippers, one of the guys plugged in the music to start dancing, and by then everyone was over it, and it was extraordinarily uncomfortable!”

Adam recently revealed he uses yoga to stay in shape while he is on the road with Maroon 5. He said: “Yoga is by far the most convenient way to exercise when I’m on tour. You don’t need anything but a few feet of space and a mat.”

Adam Levine Leaves Friends

Adam Levine was in such a mad dash to avoid the paparazzi outside of Katsuya that the Maroon 5 front man actually left his friends marooned on a sidewalk. He led his friends on a chase across Hollywood Boulevard but his friends only ended up standing along in a crosswalk forcing them to run down the street to catch their fleeting ride.

One on Adamâ€™s friends was almost actually run over as he tried to board the blacked-out SUV when their driver floored the gas to take their precious little falsetto cargo to safety and away from the photographers. Some friend he is.

Adam Takes His Shirt Off

When you attend a Hollywood Halloween party, youâ€™re supposed to think long and hard about what costume to wear so you can hang with the big stars. In the case of Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine, he thinks showing off his body is the best way.

Adam attended Bacardiâ€™s Halloween party in LA on Wednesday night dressed like Brad Pitt from â€˜Fight Clubâ€™. He could use a little more body definition but heâ€™s hot nonetheless. Even with the fake blood splattered on his head, the singer still canâ€™t pull off the scary look.

The first rule of fight club: keep your shirt off!
