Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt is reportedly in talks to play John Lennon in a new film biopic. The 47-year-old is said to be discussing the possibility of portraying the late Beatles star, who was shot dead by Mark Chapman in 1980 aged 40, in a new movie about his life. Pitt is meant to be a big fan of Lennon’s music and is allegedly planning to produce the film as well as act in it. And Brad has also apparently won over John’s widow Yoko Ono. An insider told British newspaper The Daily Express: “Brad already has a writer working on the script. And Yoko has given the project her blessing so long as it’s true to John’s life. “Brad wants to do all the singing himself and plans to take voice lessons. If he can’t pull it off they’ll use John’s own voice.” The source added: “Brad has also been immersing himself in videos and books so he can get Lennon’s mannerisms down pat.”

How can we forget that after the couple leaked the invitations to the media? Anyway, DJ Ruckus played the music to entertain the guests and played an untitled new single by JLo six times in a row for the guests. Insiders say that it was a bit much but that they guessed that the Latin pop star was testing it out. Over 200 guests attended the part including Benny Medina, Quincy Jones, Mary J. Blige, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. I bet they didn’t enjoy having heard the same song over and over.

Am I the only person on the planet who is slightly disturbed by Juliette Lewis’ new rocker girl thing? I’m all for her plain jane approach to things, but the music sucks a fat one.But apparently SHE didn’t. Remember way back when, she was a sorta kinda star on the rise and was dating Brad Pitt? Well, recently she was discussing this with some fellow patrons at a bar in Seattle. And it seems as if there wasn’t really much to discuss.

Someone at the bar asked her what Brad was like “in the sack”. Her reply? “He was no…BIG deal, if ya know what I mean!”

Yeah, well, Juliette…I’ll speak for the rest of the women of the world here…don’t ruin it for the rest of us.
