R&B style queen Rihanna sat next to her unofficial boy Chris Brown during the 2008 BET Awards which was held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Rihanna arrived at the awards ceremony in style, wearing an eye-catching yellow Giambattista Valli dress. Apart from grabbing a couple awards, Rihanna also performed her latest single ‘Take a Bow’. If you still don’t know what Rihanna’s new should tattoo means, it’s “IV. LXXXVI”, which is the Roman numeral for 4.86, the date of birth of her best friend. Apparently this best friend of hers is “closer than people from her own family’.”

The ‘Umbrella’ singer - who is rumoured to be dating R’n'B star Chris Brown - admits she enjoys spicing up her sex life by wearing her often revealing and provocative costumes at home.
She said: “I like to push the envelope sometimes. It depends on the mood and the occasion. It’s always fun to take some home. Sometimes I get to do that.”
The singer also revealed she is a big fan of the British music scene, and particularly loves Mark Ronson, Duffy and Estelle.
She added: “I think the UK is taking over. I’d love to work with Mark Ronson. And I really, really like Duffy. She is beautiful, her little dimples and her music. I also like Estelle. She has an incredible voice. But Duffy has more of an edge.”

A photographer working for a Florida newspaper is claiming that he was beaten up and robbed earlier this week by R&B singer Chris Brown’s bodyguards. Luis Santana says that he was at a lounge in St. Petersburg, Florida, where Chris and rumored girlfriend Rihanna was having a private birthday party. According to the Tampa Bay Times, Santana was told by the venue’s security that he can take photos outside. But when he took a snap of Chris in an SUV, he claims that the singer’s bodyguards chased him down and forced him to the ground with one of the guards putting his knee on Santana’s jaw and took his $3,000 camera. Police are currently investigating the matter.
