The singer has recently admitted that his wife, Nicole Kidman, and his children helped him give up all of his addictions. This is what Keith Urban said on the matter: “I think I’ve spent my life fearful of intimacy. The result was a feeling of ‘being without,’ this hole I tried to fill with all those other things. The only thing that has really filled it has been the love of my wife and our daughters.” Well now, Keith Urban sure seems to have some pretty good insight on the perilous realm of addictions and how to stop them. His knowledge would probably go very well with a lot of those plagued out there… or they might just want to stick to the fairies.

Taylor Swift is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Parade magazine. The 20-year old country singer was asked about her love life, where she shared “Things change so quickly. I have no idea who’s going to be a recurring character and who’s just a guest star for one episode. Love is fascinating. Wishing for it, pining for it, and the anger that comes when you lose it. I used to think that I could figure out some pattern to love, like if you don’t text a guy back for a half hour, he’ll like you more. But there is no pattern. Absolutely nothing is predictable in love or in life.”

Kate Hudson is reportedly looking to purchase an apartment with her Muse lead singer boyfriend Matt Bellamy in New York. A source revealed “They’re very loved-up, they just click. Kate’s had a place in the city for five years but she wants somewhere bigger, so Matt’s suggested pooling their resources. Kate wants a studio for Matt and playroom for her son, Ryder.” It sounds so domestic of the actress to want all of that but I have to say that I think this is going too fast. Didn’t they just get together a couple of months ago? With Kate’s son growing up, she can’t keep exposing him to her different relationships and keep his hopes up that it would last.

Former N Sync star Lance Bass has reportedly been dating designer Marc Jacob’s ex for the past two months.

Bass, 31, has recently been spotted out with Lorenzo Martone, who was once engaged to Jacobs, in Miami and Manhattan.

A pal said to PEOPLE: “They’re dating each other regularly, really like each other and enjoy each other’s company. They’re going to take it one day at a time and see how it goes.”

The pair reportedly met once before but only in June did they hook up after Martone split from Jacobs.

The pal added: “Lance wasn’t interested in dating right away because he was getting over his own break-up with Kyan Douglas. But Lorenzo was persistent, so they started talking and slowly spending more time together and really hit it off.”

The bride and her bridesmaids walked down the aisle in Monique Lhuillier dresses. They also reportedly closed down the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Georgia for the wedding. The whole event was said to have cost over half a million dollars! Wow! Oh to be rich and famous.

Muse’s lead singer Matt Bellamy has confirmed that he is dating Kate Hudson. The music man has also revealed that things are getting pretty serious between him and the actress. The couple has been spotted enjoying each other’s company. Kate has also reportedly arranged for Matt to meet her mom Goldie Hawn later this month. The singer admits to being nervous about the meeting, saying “I’m meeting her (Hawn) next week… I’m quite nervous. You don’t want her reading daft stories about you online – it’s embarrassing when you meet someone’s family for the first time… I don’t want to make the whole experience even more embarrassing.” When asked about Kate and their future together, Matt said “It’s a little bit too soon to talk about weddings and stuff. Ask me again about marriage in a couple of months.”

It seems that the singer and actress has really been smitten by this Liam Hemsworth fellow… either that or he was just in the right place at the very right time. Apparently, Miley Cyrus now talks about her boyfriend as some sort of door opener: “He opened the door for me. I was like, ‘I have been in Los Angeles for three years and I don’t think any guy has actually opened the door for me.’ I was like, ‘Wow, that is super impressive.’ I actually turned to the director and said, ‘He’s got the job, he’s hot and he opened the door. Excellent.’” Miley Cyrus however is only seventeen still… so whatever door she thinks Liam Hemsworth has opened might just have opened all by itself. It’s either that or a more elaborate metaphor for something much, much bigger.

And it looks like it’s not just approval-like that’s the issue here… Miley Cyrus’ mother actually like-likes her daughter’s new boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. Apparently Miley Cyrus was afraid this might happen ever since she first considered a relationship with Liam Hemsworth. This is what she related on the matter: “I don’t know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mom or me. I was like, ‘No, maybe he’s just too pretty. I don’t want to be with someone who’s better looking than me. That’s like awkward.’” If Miley Cyrus thinks it’s awkward, imagine how Liam Hemsworth must feel every time he goes over to her parents’ place for dinner. Maybe a long vacation away from home will cure all of this.

Last weekend, Rihanna allegedly took a pretty big step for her and relationship with LA Dodgers’ Matt Kemp. The Barbadian singer was able to meet the baseball player’s family when she attended the charity fundraiser Ante Up for Autism which was hosted by Matt and his family. Not only did Rihanna attend the event but she actually flew back to the US from Berlin just to make it in time. A source at the event said that Matt looked happy that she came and showed support for him and that she looked comfortable mingling with his close friends and family. I’m glad it worked out for her.

Leona Lewis defends longtime boyfriend

Leona Lewis defended her relationship with an electrician, Lou Al-Chamaa, that began before she found fame.

Lewis, who bounced back after a shock attack from a fan, commented on what was labelled “snide bewilderment” toward the relationship. “It does make me angry, because he’s a great person. And it doesn’t matter what you do in life, what your job is, where you come from,” she said.

“This is real life, it isn’t make believe. For people to think that you should leave someone because, all of a sudden, you’re a singer and you have opportunities, I feel very sorry for them,” she told The Observer newspaper.

Lewis became instantly famous after she took part in the X-Factor. But she has not abandoned her old life and still lives in a gritty part of Hackney in East London. She said, “All my friends I’ve known since I was really little. It’s not that I don’t let new people in – but I do feel safe with people that really know me, who know who I am.”

The 53-year old actor walked the red carpet with his 39-year old singer girlfriend, who’s said to be on his Icon Records label. She’s the same girl who’s been rumored to be part of the affair which tore apart Mel’s marriage. However, Mel’s rep says that the actor has been “single” for three years and that he’s just enjoying himself now.

Mark Ronson has hinted he once turned down a sexual proposition from Joss Stone.

During an interview in Holland the Grammy award-winning producer was asked if he’s slept with any artists he has worked with. Mark replied: “I’m not the sort of producer that shags every artist he works with.”

Then he said: “I’ve had enough offers, but I’m very picky. I’ve said no to a very famous, white, bland and very boring English soul chick, whom shall remain unnamed.”

When the interviewer threw the name of barefooted Joss into the ring, Mark gave a grin and a wink.

I’m sure Mark is just being mischievous. If not, I think he made a Super Duper decision.

Canadian Crooner Michael Buble and actress Emily Blunt have split up after three years together. The singer met The Devil Wears Prada star backstage at one of his concerts in 2005 and they began dating shortly afterwards.

Michael’s representative Liz Rosenberg confirmed the news to gossip website PerezHilton today. She said: “Sadly, after three years, Michael and Emily have parted ways.They are both extraordinary people with huge talent. Let’s wish them well.”

Last year, reports emerged that Michael cheated on gorgeous Emily, 25, with 28-year-old Tiffany Bromley, who claims she slept with the singer more than once.

She said: “Michael is a cheater and a rat. We’ve made mad, passionate love a couple of times since he and Emily have been together. We once did it in the apartment Michael shares with Emily in Vancouver.”
